Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with AirPay’s refund procedures. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank and AirPay processing time.

2. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation up to 7 days before the booking date. Cancellation eligibility and charges (if any) depend on the booking/service terms applicable at the time of booking, and any applicable refund may vary depending on the season and rate plan.

If a refund is applicable after cancellation, it will be initiated via AirPay using the original payment method where supported.

3. Notes on Processing

• Payment confirmation is subject to authorization from the issuing bank or payment instrument provider.
• AirPay’s fees, charges, transaction success, and processing are governed by their policies.
